The Baltzer Meyer Historical Society has copies of the funeral records of the Felton Funeral Home which operated in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. The records cover the years from 1918 to 1985. Over the years, the Felton Family provided funeral services in the Pennsylvania communities of Greensburg, Blairsville, and New Alexandria.

To assist researchers in locating records of deceased relatives, we have provided an index which shows the name of the deceased as well as the collection period in which the funeral record is contained. There are almost 5,300 listings in the index and a copy of that index is provided here.

The records are indexed alphabetically by surname. Click on one of the links below to get to the section of the alphabet where your surname of interest would be found. A separate browser window will open.

Some names appear more than once. In some instances the records are for entirely different people. In other instances they are for the same person but recorded on different forms. All forms are included as the questions vary somewhat between forms.

The following three records were never completed by the funeral director: Justina M. Fotta, John F. Kiley, and Charles J. Meyers. These names have been flagged with a footnote icon so that an alert message appears when the mouse passes over it.
